Water dust removal universal mill operating principle:

Principles of native smashing hammer high-speed Smash in return. Crushed can be directly discharged from the grinding Chamber, outlet, and generic material after crushing to cotton bags collected, crushed material collected in the bag, the air from the bag out of the small hole of, fines will not be discharged, so as to not waste and pollution effects. Grain size determined by the replacement of different mesh sieve. The machine is equipped with screens, screens can be replaced according to customer requirements, when it was less than the hole diameter material is crushed, powder out of the sieve, fall into the bottom of the aggregate bins, dust flying in the barrel by dusting motor was drawn into the dust box dust bag filter, air discharge through blower outside.

How it works:

This machine use activities chainring and a fixed tooth plate relative motion, so that the material to be crushed by the teeth impact, friction materials and their impact, and get crushed

Universal mill feed material from the hopper crushing chamber, the impact of the blade and the knife holder, knife and fixed knife while rotating shear pulverization, due to the rotation of the centrifugal force, the material automatically from the outlet port.

Note: Due to material differences, so the yield quite different.

Care and Maintenance:

1, before each use Inspect parts, fasteners are secure.

2, replacement screens, should be taken to avoid flushing water into the mill motors, fans and bearings inside the control box, so as not to affect the service life, always keep the mill clean.

3, in order to prolong the service life of the bearing, it is timely to add lubricants, lubrication ZL-1 lithium grease.

Note: Do not smash metal, especially strong and high viscosity materials.

Operation and precautions:

1, before use, first check the machine all fasteners are tightened, the belt is tensioned.

2, the spindle rotation direction must comply with the direction of the arrow shown on Hood, otherwise it will damage the machine and could cause personal injury.

3, check the electrical is complete.

4, check the machine grinding chamber without metal and other hard debris, otherwise they will bash tool, affecting operation of the machine.
